We would like to introduce ourselves to the Hidden Creek residents. Once LLC., is in the process of becoming the new owners of Hidden Creek Development. We are located in Stilwell, Kansas. Our goal for the near future is to have Hidden Creek Development the most desirable subdivision to live at in the City of Louisburg.

Once Construction has been in business since 1996 and brings an excellent track record of new, rehab, residential, and commercial construction. In addition to the task of bringing a project in on time, and within budget, their primary goal is quality. Once Construction believes it is their responsibility to give the customer a quality product they deserve. Mr. Jim Duffy, owner, will be the contact person for Once Construction, Inc.
